George P. Hebert, CEO of Horizon Financial Advisors, is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds an FINRA Series 6 Securities license, FINRA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser license and the Pennsylvania Life and Accident and Health insurance licenses. In 2003, George completed the Certified Senior Advisor course conducted by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, a national organization. He attended Louisiana State University in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. George has been employed in the Financial Services industry since 1975, beginning his career in the insurance business.
