Laura J. Abbott DeCarolis, President of Horizon Financial Advisors, is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds an FINRA Series 7 Securities license, FINRA Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser license and the Pennsylvania Life and Accident and Health insurance licenses. She attended Clarion University then Robert Morris University from which she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in Finance. She has been employed in the Financial Services industry since 1986, when she began her career as a Financial Consultant for Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith. Laura is an active member of her church, serving as a Pastoral Council member for several years.
